Thanks to the generosity of Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Under Armour, the Cliff Hagan Boys & Girls Club recently received 5,500 pairs of women’s shoes sizes 5-14. The Club has begun to distribute the shoes to all its service locations. Additionally, the Club is providing the opportunity for youth serving non-profit organizations in Owensboro to pick up shoes for their clients.

The latest donation is part of the Club’s ongoing Operation Community Cares program which was implemented last year during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the generosity of our benefactors, the Club was able to provide our Club members with resources and support throughout this past year. The Club also extends a thank you to the students at Heritage Park High School for sorting and organizing the shoes in preparation for distribution.

Under Armour has long been known for its community outreach, and we are grateful for their generous contribution.
