Membership

• Open to boys and girls from 6-18 years of age
• To register a 6-year-old member, parent and/or guardian may be required to show certificate stating date of birth to prove age. 
• Annual membership fee is $25 per youth
• To enroll your youth, memberships are now completed virtually through our MyClubHub application. The link / QR code will be provided during registration and/or on our Facebook page.
• If membership(s) is approved, the fees can be paid with cash or check in-person or by credit or debit card on MyClubHub.

After School Program

• 2026-2027 Sign-Ups: next school year’s sign-ups will be posted as soon as they are made available. These will take place virtually on our MyClubHub portal.
• You must re-enroll your Club member(s) every year. Spots are not held from last year for the van or program.
• Updates can also be found on our Facebook page, (Official) Cliff Hagan Boys & Girls Club
• Sign-ups will continue until capacity is reached.
• This site operates on the County school calendar year. If the County schools are closed, this site will also be closed unless otherwise noted
• Only fee required is the Annual Club membership fee of $25 per youth
• Site is open for Spring and Fall breaks (unless noted otherwise)
• Healthy snack is served daily for all Club members
• Homework time is scheduled each week Monday-Thursday
• Transportation is provided from select school systems to the Mike Horn Unit. Please contact our office for all available van transportation questions                (270) 685-4903
