Great Summers Start Here!

June was the kick-off to our 2024 Summer Programming! Our Club members were busy daily with activities, arts & crafts, special guests’ presentations, interactive games and so much more. Great Summers start at the Boys & Girls Club of Henderson Fidler Family Unit! Here at BGCH, we strive every day to plan and create engaging activities for all of our Club members. While our youth are having fun, they’re also learning valuable life lessons in our 3 Areas of Impact: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship. Our staff strive daily to help elevate our next generation of leaders, innovators and problem solvers. We can’t wait to see what July adventures our Club members will have next month. Special Guests

In this gallery you’ll find all of our special guests’ and their activities: we extend our gratitude to the renowned Chubby Carrier, a Grammy award-winning Zydeco musician, for his exceptional performance. His music introduced our Club members to novel instruments and a fresh genre. We also appreciate the efforts of Kevin Book and everyone at W.C. Handy Blues and Barbeque Festival who contributed to the success of the event.
