AG DAY- June 12, 2025
Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to all of the vendors who supported our event, and the fun filled activities our day was packed with. From all of us at CHBGC….THANK YOU!!! We couldn’t have made this day possible without you all, and we are truly grateful for each and every one of you. A special thank you to our local Papa John’s for helping us with our lunch for the day and all of your preparation!

- Cargill– engaged in AG relay games
- Daviess County Public Library– created pumpkin bags and took home their own pumpkin seeds to grow
- Cecil Farms Produce, LLC– learned about AG produce and what different vegetables look like
- Owensboro Shrine Club, Clowns & CHBGC Staff- enjoyed face painting and balloon animals
- Mrs. Julie- explored the green house with a master gardener
- Daviess County Conservation District– created “dirt babies” that bloom into plants

- Wright Implement Co.– hands-on farm equipment lessons
- Kamuf Farms- hands-on farm equipment lessons
- Kona Ice of Owensboro & Madisonville– cooled things off after lunch with a refreshing shaved ice
- Reid’s Orchard– tasted crisp apple cider
- Becca Bakes– decorated their own AG themed cookies
