Club Hours

After School Program Hours: Open Monday – Friday 2:30PM – 6:30PM CST

Summer Program Hours: Open Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 5:30PM CST

This site is not open on weekends



Membership

Open to boys and girls from 6-18 years of age
To register a 6-year-old member, parent and/or guardian may be required to show certificate stating date of birth to prove age.
Annual membership fee is $25 per youth
To enroll your youth, memberships are now completed virtually through our MyClubHub application. The link / QR code will be provided during registration.
If membership(s) is approved, the fees can be paid with cash or check in-person or by credit or debit card on MyClubHub.

After School Program

2026-2027 Sign-Ups: are currently underway! These will take place virtually on our MyClubHub portal. Directions and the link are posted on our Facebook page.

This site operates on the Henderson County school calendar year. If the County schools are closed, this site will also be closed unless otherwise noted
Only fee required is the Annual Club membership fee of $25 per youth
Updates will also be posted on our Facebook page regarding the Club being open for Spring Break, Fall Break & other school breaks.
Healthy snack is served daily for all Club members
Homework time is scheduled each week Monday-Thursday.

Sign-ups will take place virtually on our MyClubHub portal.
Summer program is on a first come first serve basis until capacity is reached
$25 weekly fee per youth. Payment may be made in cash or check form in-person or by credit or debit card on MyClubHub.
Lunch and a healthy snack are provided daily for all members
