July Summer Programming Recap 2024
GREAT SUMMERS START HERE! We celebrated the end of summer with so many community partnerships. We cannot thank our community enough for stepping up and helping our Club members build their own Great Futures. Down below you’ll be able to read highlights of these incredible adventures. Our Club members were still busy daily with activities, arts & crafts, field trips, healthy lifestyle activities, good character & citizenship games, and academic success workshops. We have had a fantastic time celebrating our 2024 Summer Program with our kids and teens! We sincerely want to say THANK YOU to all of the companies, businesses, volunteers, and organizations that have joined us here at the Club to share programs with our youth. We also want to thank everyone we have worked with during our field trips to your place of business. Our Club members have truly enjoyed all of the opportunities we have had this summer. We wish them all the best on their first day back to school in August!
4th of July Fun
Our Club members had a blast celebrating our 4th of July themed week! They showed their inner artistic skills by painting fireworks on canvases using forks and Q-Tips. We think their projects turned out so cute! Also, we want to thank Ms. Hazel for bringing our members sweet 4th of July themed treats including donuts, cupcakes and cookies. These brought a big smile to our Club members.
Delta Faucet Tour
Thank you, Delta Faucets, for giving our teens the opportunity to tour your facility today. Thank you, Monique Denison, for setting this all in motion for our Club members. We want to especially say thanks to Blair Timmons for being our guide and teaching us the ins and outs of the facility and Preston Konichek for providing us all with information on 3D printing. We sincerely appreciate the invitation to Delta Faucets, and we know our Club members left with knowledge for planning for their Great Futures.

Field Day & Activities
Our Club members were able to compete in our first annual Field Day! We are proud to say the festivities went great and every member left with a medal or ribbon. 
Here you’ll also see everyday fun that our members had from arts and crafts to gym activities. They put their thinking skills to the test with trying to build structures with marshmallows and toothpicks.
STEM Week
A photo drop of our Stem Week! Thank you, Delta Faucets, for sponsoring this week and making it memorable for our Club members. Here at BGCBC, we love celebrating STEM and giving our Club members the opportunity to experience different areas of STEM. Thanks to Delta we are opening doors of opportunities for our Club members every day.

End of Summer Celebration
We had a terrific 2024 summer program with our youth. We will miss summer, but we are excited for our kids and teens’ first day of school. We can’t wait to see what all they accomplish this year.
