The Cliff Hagan Boys & Girls Club Rockport Extension was formed nearly 20 years ago. Our journey started when a group of local citizens and local school system representatives teamed up to resolve the shortage of after school childcare options for working families. Thus, the Rockport Extension was formed. The Extension offers youth in Spencer County a safe place to learn and grow. They can engage with their peers in a safe and fun environment all while focusing on our 3 Areas of Impact: academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character & citizenship. The Rockport Extension is still going strong present day. In 2021, the Extension had 130 registered Club members for the after school program.
